Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Returns

Because each item is produced on demand, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or sizing.

European Union

PopClues products are custom made to order. As such, they may be exempt from the EU's 14-day cooling off period under the custom goods exemption. If you have questions about your rights as an EU customer, please contact us directly.
