Shipping Policy
Each PopClues item is made to order. Orders are typically sent to production within 24 hours and shipped within 1-3 business days thereafter. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
International Shipping
PopClues ships worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10-30 business days after shipment depending on destination and customs processing. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Delays
During periods of high order volume, production and shipping may take additional time. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at help@popclues.com within 30 days with a photo of the issue. Do not discard the packaging or damaged items.
